Ever since she was little, she always felt responsible for the care of the animals around her. Whether it was bringing home a lost dog until it could be reunited with it’s pet parent or raising orphaned squirrels and birds. When she was 16 she began working in a kennel/veterinary office, It was heaven. She loved the peace of mind she gave to the pet parents while they were on vacations and her favorite part was winning the trust and love of every pet she came across.

Over the years, Jess moved on to work in pet stores, kennels and vet offices. With each, she noticed a lack of transparency for pet parents and their pets care. Which is why J.Tails was created. Our mission is to keep you informed with everything about your pets day. With live webcams and daily report cards at our doggy daycare you'll feel comfortable knowing your pups are in good hands.

If you’ve visited J.Tails Barkyard, you’ve probably seen Kaylee with a smile on her face and a love for every dog she meets. As Manager, she’s passionate about creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for both our pups and our team.
Kaylee has always had a special connection with dogs, and working with them has been a lifelong dream. She’s always looking for ways to improve the J.Tails experience while making sure every pup receives the love, care, and attention they deserve.
Above all, Kaylee is grateful to continue the incredible community Jess created at J.Tails. She’s proud to build on that foundation and looks forward to welcoming every pup—and the people who love them—as part of the J.Tails family. Her favorite part of the job is earning the trust of every dog and watching them run through the gates excited to spend the day at J.Tails.

No dog left behind means your dogs day will be filled with all the joys of daycare and their nights snoozing in the comfort of their J.Tails ‘house’ while calming ambient music plays in the background. Feel free to bring their toys and bedding from home and small item that smells like you for the ultimate comfort. Next →
Boarding
Private walks in the neighborhood your dog knows and loves. Get started with a meet and greet (on line or in person) to talk about your pets care and set up a lock box. Next, book as needed and a certified pet sitter will follow your loving instructions, step by step. Receiving GPS check in/out along with picture chat updates at each visit. Next→
In-Home Dog Walking
We mean it when we say we take care of all things tails. Whether it's a dog, cat or 30 year old tortoise we’ve got your tails covered. Schedule your meet and greet where we discuss your pets care and set up a lock box. Set up your appointments as needed and a certified pet sitter will follow your loving instructions, step by step. You’ll receive GPS check in/out along with picture chat updates of how the visit went.
